Enrollment Appointment

Thank you for considering Galen College for your educational needs.  We look forward to meeting with you to discuss our programs and how they may satisfy your training requirements.  To schedule an appointment please call (559) 264-9700 or complete the Information Request Form on the left.

To help us in providing program information, we ask that you bring the following documents to your appointment:

  • Proof of US Residency Status (Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, US Passport, or Alien Registration Card)
  • Proof of California Residency (California Driver's License or California Identification Card)
  • Proof of High School graduation or equivalency (High School Diploma or GED Certificate).  We do offer ATB testing for those who do not have a High School Diploma or GED Certificate.


To help us provide information on available financial aid and ways to finance your education, we ask that you complete and/or bring the following:



For classes beginning before June 1, 2012
  • Completed Paper 2011-12 FAFSA or Complete the 2011-12 FAFSA online (Galen College School Code 012027)
  • Your 2010 Federal Tax Return
  • If you are younger than 24, unmarried, and only supporting your self; your parent's 2010 Federal Tax Return


For classes beginning on or after June 1, 2012

  • Completed Paper 2012-13 FAFSA or Complete the 2012-13 FAFSA online (Galen College School Code 012027)
  • Your 2011 Federal Return Transcript (Request on Form 4506-T)
  • If you are younger than 24, unmarried, and only supporting your self, your parent's 2011 Federal Return Transcript (Request on Form 4506-T)
